• Dyed Films: 3-5 year manufacturer warranty

How to Make a Claim

If you experience any issues with your window tinting:

Payment Terms

Residential & Auto: Full payment due upon completion of work.

Most projects can be scheduled within 48 hours of quote approval. We offer flexible scheduling including:

• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• After-hours appointments available by request

Cancellation & Rescheduling

24-Hour Notice Required: Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to serve other customers effectively.

Same-Day Cancellations: May be subject to a $50 rescheduling fee for commercial projects requiring special equipment or multiple technicians.

Weather-Related Delays: We’ll contact you immediately if weather conditions prevent safe installation. No cancellation fees apply.
